Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) offers an Environmental Services Manager in Training program at a long-term care facility. You will learn to manage housekeeping, laundry, and floor care operations with hands-on and computer-based training over 12 weeks.

This paid program develops supervision skills, ensures compliance with policies, and coordinates with facility staff to support resident care and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills needed.
• Must be able to maintain records and complete reports.
• Ability to work around cleaning products and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies and state/federal requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between occupants/administrators and HCSG staff.
