Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) offers an Environmental Services Manager in Training program at a long‑term care facility. Over 12 weeks you will learn to manage an account and oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care operations with hands-on and computer-based training.

The program emphasizes compliance, staff development, and effective communication with administrators and occupants, preparing you for independent management responsibilities.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must have computer skills with the ability to maintain records and complete reports as required, including web-based reporting.
• Residency within the service area required.

Mansioni

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives.
• All other duties as assigned.
