You may have a bachelor's or associate degree (by August 2025 or earlier), customer service experience, willingness to relocate, financial acumen, effective communication skills, organizational skills, basic understanding of contract administration, safety regulations, mechanical inclination, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a driver's license if applicable.
About the Manager in Training role
As an MIT, you will gain preparation for future leadership roles within our support services team, learning best practices in safety, quality, maintenance, hiring, training, and more. You will complete on-site training and participate in our Accelerated Manager Program (AMP), which may lead to managerial opportunities upon successful completion.
AMP is a fast-track leadership development program lasting approximately 12 weeks or more, offering assessments, personalized learning, mentorship, and evaluations to develop future leaders.
