Position Overview

Our Manager-In-Training (MIT) program offers a 16-week interactive training experience covering:

• Operational skills in housekeeping and laundry
• Leadership and staff training
• Policy adherence and quality control
• Record keeping and reporting
• Managerial responsibilities including staffing, budgeting, and compliance
• Effective communication and safety practices
• Customer and resident engagement

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
