Position Summary
Our Manager-In-Training (MIT) program lasts approximately 16 weeks, combining hands-on and computer-based training. It covers:

• General training on housekeeping, laundry, and equipment operation
• Leadership development and staff training
• Policy and procedure adherence
• Record keeping and reporting
• Managerial responsibilities including payroll, staffing, inventory, and budgeting
• Effective communication and safety practices
• Customer and resident interactions

Qualifications
Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, follow instructions, perform routine tasks, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills, punctuality, ability to lift/push 50 pounds, and compliance with vaccination policies are required. Residency in the service area is necessary.
