Position Overview

The Manager-In-Training (MIT) program lasts approximately 16 weeks, combining hands-on and computer-based training. The program covers:

• Managerial responsibilities such as staffing, budgeting, and communication.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, stand, sit, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must reside in the service area and be able to work around cleaning products.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
