Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) invites you to join its Environmental Services Manager in Training program in Brandon, FL, where you will learn to manage your own account and oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care at a long-term care facility through hands-on and computer-based training.

This structured 12-week program prepares you to lead environmental services in healthcare, develop supervisory skills, and ensure compliance with policies and state/federal requirements while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
• Must have computer skills with the ability to maintain records and complete reports as required, including web-based reporting.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives.
