Key Responsibilities

• Learn and perform housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Assist in staff training, quality control, and compliance with standards.
• Maintain records, manage inventory, and oversee safety protocols.
• Develop leadership skills, including staffing, budgeting, and coaching.
• Ensure excellent resident and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Must reside in the service area and comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
