The Manager of Environmental Services at MultiCare Capital Medical Center in Olympia, WA oversees EVS and linen distribution across facilities, ensuring a high level of cleanliness, appearance and patient- and staff-focused service.

You will provide staff leadership, monitor budgets and quality indicators, ensure regulatory compliance and drive improvements to the EVS/Linen operating model within the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or four years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in Healthcare Environmental Services Leadership.
• Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional preferred.
• Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity.
• Experience leading a unionized workforce preferred.
