Job summary

Silver Birch Living in Mishawaka, IN is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to oversee maintenance and housekeeping across the community. You will manage vendor relationships and ensure the property remains in excellent condition for residents.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of facilities maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license with insurance. Flexible shifts including on-call rotation are required, with a focus on outstanding resident

• Two (2) or more years of experience with facilities maintenance.
• Strong customer service orientation is required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including an on-call rotation.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and housekeeping at Silver Birch Living in Mishawaka, IN.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and quality service.
• Ensure the community is maintained in exceptional condition for residents and families.
• Lead environmental services operations and coordinate with other campus teams.

What we’re looking for

• Two (2) or more years of experience with facilities maintenance
• Senior Living experience, preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and carry an active auto insurance policy
• Ability to work flexible shifts including an on-call rotation
• Strong customer service orientation
