Qualifications

• Preferred CHESP certification and applicable trainer designations.
• Complete AHE Foundations for Success within 6 months and AHE Essentials within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of departmental budgets and resources.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations for waste and safety.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and staff training.
• Collaborate with EVS director to establish dashboards and metrics.
• Supervise scheduling, vendors, and on-call emergency services as needed.
