• Minimum two years’ supervisory experience in housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Housekeeping and Laundry Services to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Supervise Housekeeping and Laundry Partners, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure resident rooms, common areas, offices, and public spaces meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Oversee campus laundry operations, including resident personal laundry, linen processing, and inventory management.
• Develop staffing schedules and monitor productivity to ensure appropriate coverage across all service areas.
• Conduct routine quality assurance inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain department supplies, equipment, and linen inventories while managing departmental expenses.
• Collaborate with Nursing, Maintenance, Dining, and other departments to support resident care and campus operations.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention standards, OSHA requirements, CMS regulations, and organizational policies.
• Participate in state and federal surveys and develop corrective action plans related to Environmental Services findings.
• Foster a culture of exceptional customer service by promptly addressing resident, family, and partner concerns.
• Support emergency preparedness activities and maintain a safe environment for residents, visitors, and Partners.
