Responsabilités

• Provides leadership to Environmental Services team members and supervisors
• Develops and communicates goals aligned with the health system
• Manages ES staff and activities and ensures adherence to policies
• Hires, trains and evaluates staff and conducts performance appraisals
• Prepares staffing plans and schedules
• Ensures staff orientation and training on departmental goals
• Organizes training programs as needed
• Collaborates on budget review, development and monitoring including staffing, equipment and supplies
• Maintains inventory and par levels of supplies
• Conducts facility inspections and implements corrective actions
• Selects and tests equipment and supplies for effectiveness and safety
• Performs related duties as required as part of essential functions under ADA
