Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Supervisor of Environmental Services to provide direct supervision and leadership to the environmental staff. You will ensure services are proactive, compliant with regulatory standards, and aligned with the needs of the population served.

You will help develop and maintain efficient environmental services while representing the Manager on related functions. The role requires three years of supervisory experience, preferably in Environmental Services,

Description

Provide direct supervision, guidance and leadership to all environmental staff members. Ensure that all services provided are comprehensive, proactive and appropriate to the needs of the population served meeting all regulatory and professional standards. Assist in the development and maintenance of efficient and appropriate environmental services. Serve as a member of the leadership team. Represent the Manager in the completion of functions related to Environmental Services.

Estimated pay range for this position is $21.24 - $27.61 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper.

Additional Qualifications:

• Three years supervisory experience required.
• Previous Environmental Services experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing; good interpersonal skills to work with diverse populations in a fast-paced crisis oriented environment.
