Job summary

You will oversee Environmental Technicians, coordinate rounds with Nurse Managers, and drive quality inspections and process improvements per department standards. Requires at least five years in healthcare sanitation leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Five years' experience as a team leader or environmental services supervisor in healthcare or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned hospital areas and ensure appearance standards.
• Supervise Environmental Technicians and coordinate daily rounds.
• Communicate with Nurse Managers or Supervisors on service needs and updates.
• Perform patients surveys and quality inspections per department standards.
