Qualifications

• Requires 1-2 years of experience in environmental services.

Responsibilities

• Assists management at beginning and end of shift with sign‑in, supplies, equipment sign out and sign in.
• Assist shift operation in preparation and delivery of supplies.
• May perform overall assessment of public restrooms and on‑call rooms.
• Adheres to departmental sanitation procedures.
• Report employee issues (safety, injuries, and disciplinary).
• Supervises staff assignments to ensure efficient cleaning services.
• Formulates action plans to correct inefficiencies and quality discrepancies.
• Assists in employee training, coaching, and motivation.
• Maintains records for quality control systems.
• Complies with OSHA regulations and client contracts.
