Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Environmental Services Worker Lead to provide hands-on leadership to hourly staff in our facilities services areas during events. The role includes supervising assignments, ensuring clean and safe environments, and assisting in training and performance coaching.

You will work closely with management to ensure high-quality cleaning services, adhere to sanitation procedures and OSHA regulations, and maintain accurate records for quality control and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist management at shift start/end with sign-in, supplies, and equipment sign-out.
• Prepare and deliver supplies to support operations and meet employee needs.
• Assess restrooms and on-call rooms as needed.
• Maintain sanitation procedures and safe work environment.
• Supervise staff assignments for efficient, high-quality cleaning.
• Support training, coaching, and motivation of employees.
