We are looking for a Environmental Support Services Lead in our across our vibrant communityto assist our residents with cleaning and housekeeping while establishing meaningful and lasting relationships with those who call Friendship Village home!
The ESS Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Environmental Support Services Department with a focus on floor care program, setups, and housepersons management. The Environmental Support Services Lead is also responsible for training and supervising all housepersons, floor techs, maintaining equipment, and operating within budgetary guidelines. The Environmental Support Services Lead is responsible for maintaining excellent relations with the residents and promoting good departmental morale.
Available Hours:
Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
