Job summary

Madisonhealth Environmental Services is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Aide to clean and disinfect hospital areas, including patient rooms, offices, lobbies and hallways. The incumbent will work with other Housekeeping Aides, Special Project Techs, and clinical staff to ensure patient rooms promote an environment of healing. Classification: Part Time - Days.

Schedule: 6:30am-3:00pm. Experience in medical facility cleaning is preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential for success

Qualifications

• Read and understand technical information such as Product/Chemical Labels, Safety Data Sheets, policy manuals and work instructions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate written and verbally.
• Proven problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work as a team and individually.
• Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Publisher, and Power Point.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect hospital areas including patient rooms, clinical areas, offices, lobbies and hallways.
• Provide customer service to patients, families, and visitors.
• Coordinate with other Housekeeping staff and clinical teams to maintain a healing environment.

Environmental Services - Housekeeping Aide - (PT)

Madisonhealthis seeking to hire a skilled Housekeeping Aide to clean and disinfect all areas of the hospital, including but not limited to Clinical Areas, patient rooms, offices, lobbies and hallways. The incumbent will work in conjunction with other Housekeeping Aides, Special Project Techs, and some clinical staff to ensure patient rooms promote an environment of healing. The Housekeeping Aide will be a constant point of contact for patient, patient families, and visitors and must be able to provide appropriate customer service to the standard that Madisonhealthis known for.

Classification:Part Time - Days

Schedule:

• 6:30am-3:00pm

Experience:

Medical Facility cleaning/janitorial experience, preferred

Required Skills:
