Certerra has immediate opportunities for a Group Leader of Environmental Services in Tucson, Arizona. You will manage projects, mentor staff, and expand business activity, with experience spanning due diligence, NEPA reviews, building science, remedial actions, and industrial hygiene consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a science or engineering field relevant to environmental services.
• OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER training with updates.
• Professional registration or CIH/CSP preferred but not required.
• AHERA accreditations for asbestos work.
• EPA/state certifications for lead-based paint risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel and projects across environmental services disciplines.
• Direct field activities and review data to ensure quality and compliance.
• Mentor staff and develop competencies for career growth.
• Develop client relationships and assist in bid/proposal efforts.
