Job summary

Desert Parkway Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is seeking an EVS Aide to provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. You will clean patient rooms, common areas, and restrooms in accordance with infection control protocols and hospital standards.

Responsibilities include disinfecting high-touch surfaces, handling and disposing of waste, operating floor cleaning equipment, and maintaining organized EVS closets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year housekeeping experience required, preferably in hospital/medical setting.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Strong attention to detail and physical stamina.
• Knowledge of cleaning and disinfectant products.
