Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Lead teams in light and heavy housekeeping and laundry duties across shifts.
  • Conduct staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
  • Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and staff; communicate directives effectively.
  • Ensure safety by using protective gear and following safety protocols.
  • Maintain attendance, punctuality, and task completion.
  • Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions with all stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Two years of healthcare housekeeping and supervision experience preferred.
  • Positive attitude and effective communication skills.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
  • Ability to lift/carry and push/pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/sit/bend for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks and work around cleaning products.
  • Follow oral and written instructions.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
