Job summary

Marquette Senior Living is seeking a hospitality-focused Custodian to join our daytime and evening teams. In this full-time role you will maintain a safe, clean, and inviting environment for residents and guests, with a focus on carpet and hard floor care.

You’ll perform floor care, manage trash, ensure equipment is safe and ready, and handle additional cleaning tasks as assigned. Excellent English communication and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical labor, including lifting and standing/walking for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Able to pass a background screening, physical, drug screening, and TB skin test upon hire.

Location: Marquette Senior Living
Pay Range: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
Shift: Day & Evening Shift Available- 7:30AM- 4:00PM & 3:30PM – 12:00 PM (Every other weekend required)
