Job summary

Marquette General Hospital is seeking full-time Housekeepers to join our environmental services team. You will clean patient rooms, common areas, restrooms and other areas to maintain a safe, comfortable hospital environment.

Shifts available include day, evening and night, with a focus on teamwork and patient well-being. Applicants must be at least 18, English proficient, able to pass a background check and drug screen, and comply with hygiene and uniform standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and provide proof of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must be neatly groomed, practice good personal hygiene, and wear a uniform.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas of the hospital, including patient rooms, common areas, restrooms, and more.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Follow all hospital cleaning procedures and best practices.
• Provide friendly and kind service to all individuals in the hospital.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.
