Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping, custodial, hotel, senior living, or similar experience preferred.
• Dependable and consistent attendance.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or other shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident homes, apartments, and suites.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Clean floors through vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and other floor care.
• Sanitize public restrooms.
• Deep clean the breakroom and other designated areas.
• Maintain laundry rooms and trash/recycling rooms.
• Clean building entries, lobbies, dining areas, and corridors.
• Assist with residential deep cleaning and refurbishment cleaning for new residents.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns or needed repairs.
• Follow safety practices and use PPE as required.
