Terraphase Engineering is seeking a Business Development Leader to drive growth for our Environmental Services practice in Southern California. You will balance business development, project leadership, and technical excellence while mentoring teams and expanding client relationships.

The role emphasizes pursuing strategic opportunities, leading major pursuits, and staying current with regulations and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of environmental consulting experience.
• Demonstrated success developing and growing client relationships.
• Proven ability to lead major pursuits and win complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies across Southern California.
• Lead capture planning, pursuit strategies, and proposal development with client presentations.
• Mentor project managers and technical staff to build high-performing teams.
• Represent Terraphase at conferences and client meetings to grow visibility.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to deliver integrated environmental solutions.
