Job summary

Southeast Health in Dothan, AL., is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Associate to perform general daily cleaning of patient rooms, nursing stations, lounges, bathrooms, and offices. Duties include daily floor cleaning in corridors and other assigned areas to maintain an environmentally safe, clean atmosphere in line with hospital procedures.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred), experience in housekeeping or related field preferred, and ability to communicate

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Demonstrates knowledge of supplies/equipment used in Environmental Services.
• Communicates verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Perform general daily cleaning of patient rooms, nursing stations, lounges, bathrooms, and offices.
• Daily cleaning of floors in corridors and other assigned areas.
• Supply rooms and maintain a clean, safe environment per procedures.
• Assist in maintaining environmentally safe hospital surroundings.
