Job summary

Southeast Health is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Aide to perform daily cleaning and turnover in patient rooms, nursing stations, lounges and corridors. You will help maintain a clean, safe environment in line with hospital procedures.

Daily duties include cleaning patient rooms, offices and public areas, stocking supplies, and operating basic cleaning equipment. High school diploma or GED preferred; prior housekeeping experience is a plus. Day shift, on-site work.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Housekeeping or related field experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and turnover of patient rooms, nursing stations, lounges, bathrooms, and offices.
• Daily cleaning of floors in corridors and other assigned areas.
• Operate vacuum cleaner and basic cleaning equipment; restock supplies as needed.
