Qualifications

• 1-2 years of cleaning or environmental service experience preferred
• Indiana Lutheran Hospital IN requires SAMA course within 30 days of hire
• Mississippi: SAMA course within 30 days of hire
• North Carolina: SAMA course within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes assigned areas in accordance with infection control standards
• Operates and maintains cleaning equipment effectively
• Restocks supplies and monitors inventory levels
• Handles trash and biohazardous materials safely and in compliance with safety protocols
• Assists with minor repairs or maintenance tasks and reports larger facility issues
• Maintains regular attendance and adheres to policies
