Ascension Saint Thomas Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking an Environmental Services Worker to maintain clean, safe patient areas on a full-time basis with rotating weekends. You will clean patient rooms, remove trash, change linens, stock supplies, and ensure equipment is kept in good condition.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping preferred.
• Must demonstrate critical thinking and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Cleans patient rooms and assigned areas daily; disposes of trash and changes bed linens.
• Sanitizes all surfaces and follows policies on patient isolation.
• Stocks paper items and supplies in patient rooms as needed.
• Maintains cart and equipment in clean, working condition; stores them properly after shift.

How you'll contribute

An Environmental Services Worker who excels in this role:

• Cleans patient rooms and other assigned areas daily, including collecting and removing trash, changing bed linens and sanitizing all surfaces.


• Follows policies and procedures on patient isolation.


• Stocks paper items and other supplies in patient rooms as necessary or designated.


• Maintains cart and equipment in clean, working condition and stores in appropriate storage area when finished with shift.

What we're looking for

• Previous clinical Housekeeping experience Preferred Required Skills
