Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking an Environmental Services Aide at Methodist Hospital to join our care team. The ESA provides clean, comfortable, and orderly environments for patients, employees, and families, supporting a safe and welcoming experience every day.

The role requires basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies, the ability to read and follow instructions, and reliable communication. This is a full-time evening shift (4pm–12:30am) with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to read and understand instructions.
• Experience in housekeeping is preferred.

Position Summary:

The Environmental Services Aide provides clean, comfortable, orderly and satisfying environments for the patients, employees, and Park Nicollet community. The Environmental Services Aide (ESA) promotes sanitary conditions which prevent the spread of infections.

Work Schedule:

FTE 1.0, 40 hours per week, 4pm-12:30am, every other weekend.

Preferred Qualifications:

Equivalent to two years of high school. Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, computer, and their related uses. Able to communicate; read and understand instructions. Previous experience in housekeeping.
