Job summary

Methodist Hospital is seeking an Environmental Services Aide to join our team as a Partner for Good, helping ensure clean and orderly spaces for patients and families.

The Environmental Services Aide promotes sanitary conditions to prevent infections and contributes to a safe, welcoming hospital environment. Work schedule is 0.5 FTE, about 20 hours per week, with a 5pm-1:30am shift and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to two years of high school.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, computer, and their related uses.
• Able to communicate; read and understand instructions.
• Previous experience in housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide clean, comfortable environments for patients, employees, and Park Nicollet community.
• Promote sanitary conditions to prevent the spread of infections.
