Job summary

Virtua Health in Mount Holly, NJ, is hiring a Facilities Associate to maintain a clean, safe environment for visitors, patients, and staff. You will perform cleaning, trash removal, linen distribution, and room setup while following universal precautions and chemical safety protocols.

The role requires prior customer service experience and English proficiency. It is a full-time, on-site 1st shift with a 40-hour work week and hourly pay range of $18.00–$21.33.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains Virtua facilities as directed, including cleaning, removing trash, linen distribution, and room setup.
• Maintains universal precautions to ensure patient and employee safety.
• Safely handles and disposes of regulated medical waste and other trash.
• Responsible for proper chemical usage and maintaining a safe environment, including storage of chemicals.
• Other duties as assigned.
• May assume linen responsibilities as required.
• May be required to work in other facilities as assigned.

The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
