Immediate opening for an Environmental Service Technician in the Dayton, OH area!

Responsibilities:

• Execute field projects focused on indoor environmental health and air quality.
• Perform mold remediation, radon mitigation, water intrusion prevention, vapor intrusion mitigation, air systems cleaning, and installation of air filtration systems.
• Work in confined spaces (crawlspaces, attics) and at heights (on ladders) safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to and help enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain high standards of work quality and safety.
• Conduct planning support and pre-project site visits to prepare for upcoming jobs.
• Complete technical installations and remediation projects in homes, schools, businesses, and other buildings.
• Support inventory management including receiving, organizing, and maintaining warehouse and vehicle supplies.
• Collaborate with co-workers and other departments to coordinate and complete customer projects.
• Maintain professional and timely communication with customers regarding project status and outcomes.
• Contribute to company growth through excellent service and by fostering repeat business.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting/Carrying: Frequently up to 20 lbs.; occasionally 20–50 lbs.; rarely 50–100 lbs.
• Frequent standing/walking (6–8 hours per day), bending, and reaching; occasional squatting, crawling, climbing.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, pushing/pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Regular use of hand tools, drills, saws, ladders, duct cleaning equipment, air scrubbers, and other related gear.
• Must be able to wear N95, P95, half-face or full-face respirators when required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or environmental certifications a plus.
• Previous experience in environmental services, construction, HVAC, or related field is required.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Comfortable working in tight, dark, or elevated environments.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM
Pay: $18+/hr DOE
