Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. is hiring Part-Time Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers for 2nd Shift at UMH Sparrow in Lansing, MI. The role involves cleaning and maintaining facilities on client premises, following standard procedures to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.

Second shift runs 3:00pm - 11:30pm with a shift differential of $2.05/hour. Immediate offers for qualified candidates; includes every other weekend/holiday as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.
• Experience in the janitorial industry is a plus.
• Medical cleaning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• S sweeps and/or vacuums floors.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, doors, panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebasket and transports trash to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
