Job summary

Total Cleaning Miramar, FL, is seeking an Environmental Services Associate to provide high-quality housekeeping in a hospital setting. You will perform duties including linen delivery, trash removal, and deep cleaning under EVS management, with a focus on safety and infection control.

Schedule is Saturday and Sunday 12 noon–12 am (24 hours weekly). This part-time 2nd shift role offers benefits and opportunities for growth within a growing company positioned as an industry leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of Environmental Services experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to pass a Background Check.
• Must be able to pass Drug Test.

Responsibilities

• Under EVS Management, complete general cleaning duties including linen delivery and trash removal, furniture moving and deep cleaning.
• Ensure all tasks are completed safely and in accordance with Infection Control.
• Ensure all trash is removed and properly placed in containers throughout shift and before end of shift.
• Contributes to a safe, clean, and uncontaminated environment by keeping work areas clean and sanitized.
• Know and follow all products/chemicals used daily for assigned areas.
• Report inventory levels when running low and any equipment issues to EVS Management.
• Always provide the highest level of customer service.

Job Skills / Requirements

As Environmental Services Associate you will be responsible for providing the highest quality of housekeeping services for the hospital. You will strive to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for the patients, visitors and staff by utilizing available resources and basic housekeeping skills. START IMMEDIATELY - Cleaner with Janitorial Experience.

Schedule and Location: Miramar - Saturday and Sunday 12noon-12am (24 hours weekly).

• Ensure all trash is removed and properly placed in the appropriate containers throughout shift and prior to end of shift.
• Contributes to a safe, clean, and uncontaminated environment by ensuring work areas are kept clean, sanitized, and orderly.
• Knowledge and understanding of all products/chemicals to be used on a daily basis for areas assigned.
• Responsible for reporting inventory levels when running low and any issues with equipment to EVS Management team.
• Always provides the highest level of customer service.
