Job summary

Total Cleaning is seeking an Environmental Service Aide to provide the highest quality housekeeping at a medical clinic in Miami Beach. You will help maintain a safe, sanitary environment for patients, visitors and staff by performing basic cleaning, linen delivery and trash removal according to EVS standards.

Schedule and location: Miami Beach, Monday through Friday from 5:30pm to 9:30pm (20 hours weekly). We value dedication, attention to detail and a team mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of Environmental Services experience.
• Flexible availability.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Must pass Background Check and Drug Test.
• Bilingual English & Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under EVS Management, perform general cleaning duties including linen delivery/removal, trash removal, furniture moving and deep cleaning.
• Ensure all trash is removed and properly disposed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and uncontaminated environment by keeping work areas sanitary and orderly.
• Know and follow product/chemical usage guidelines daily for assigned areas.
• Report inventory levels and equipment issues to EVS Management.

What You'll Do:

• Under the direction of the EVS Management is responsible for completing general cleaning duties including linen delivery and removal, trash removal, furniture moving and deep cleaning.
• Ensure all trash is removed and properly placed in the appropriate containers throughout shift and prior to end of shift.
• Contributes to a safe, clean, and uncontaminated environment by ensuring work areas are kept clean, sanitized, and orderly.
• Knowledge and understanding of all products/chemicals to be used on a daily basis for areas assigned.
• Responsible for reporting inventory levels when running low and any issues with equipment to EVS Management team.
