Job summary

Total Cleaning is seeking an Environmental Services Associate to provide top-quality housekeeping in a hospital setting. You will help maintain a safe, sanitary environment for patients and staff, handling linen, trash, and deep cleaning tasks across shifts.

We value detail-oriented, reliable team players who communicate clearly and carry a strong customer service mindset. This is a part-time role reporting to EVS supervisors with weekend and evening availability preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of Environmental Services experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to pass a Background Check.
• Must be able to pass Drug Test.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of EVS Management, perform general cleaning duties including linen delivery/removal, trash removal, furniture moving, and deep cleaning.
• Ensure all tasks are completed safely and in line with Infection Control procedures.
• Ensure all trash is removed and properly disposed throughout shift and before end of shift.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and orderly work environment.
• Know and follow all products/chemicals used on assigned areas.
• Report inventory levels and equipment issues to EVS Management.
• Provide the highest level of customer service at all times.

Job Skills / Requirements

As Environmental Services Associate you will be responsible for providing the highest quality of housekeeping services to the hospital. You will strive to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for the patients, visitors and staff by utilizing available resources and basic housekeeping skills.

START IMMEDIATELY - Cleaner with Janitorial Experience. Schedule and Location : - Midtown - Saturday ONLY 12noon-12am (12Hours/Weekly).

We are looking for someone who is dedicated, detailed oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional quality.

What You'll Do :

• Under the direction of the EVS Management is responsible for completing general cleaning duties including linen delivery and removal, trash removal, furniture moving and deep cleaning.
• Ensures that all tasks are completed safely, and in strict adherence to Infection Control.
• Ensures all trash is removed and properly placed in the appropriate containers throughout shift and prior to end of shift.
• Contributes to a safe, clean, and uncontaminated environment by ensuring work areas are kept clean, sanitized, and orderly.
• Knowledge and understanding of all products/chemicals to be used on a daily basis for areas assigned.
• Responsible for reporting inventory levels when running low and any issues with equipment to EVS Management team.
• Provides the highest level of customer service at all times.
