Mott MacDonald is seeking an environmental professional to join our North American team. You’ll contribute to projects across Buildings, Energy, Transportation and Water, performing fieldwork, data collection, and design review with a digital-by-default approach.

Qualifications

• Associate, bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science from an accredited university.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Methodical problem solving, able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal communication to liaise with clients and team members.
• Strong written communication and report writing with standard software.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration with colleagues.
• Interest in environmental projects through study, internships or memberships is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Ability to safely navigate active construction sites and operate a 4x4 vehicle.

Responsibilities

• GPS navigation to remote project sites.
• Regular site inspections, investigations, and monitoring.
• Surface water flow measurements and groundwater sampling.
• Reviewing, preparing, and modifying designs.
• Analyzing reports, specifications, and studies.
• Engage in a digital-by-default approach in deliverables.
• Participate in the Early Careers Professionals Network.
