Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
• OSHA HAZWOPER 40-Hour certification required.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field work for site assessments and sampling.
• Prepare and submit field reports for reviews.
• Assist in permit applications and regulatory submittals.

Skills

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

MS Word and MS Excel skills

Problem-solving skills

Familiarity with AutoCAD or ArcGIS

Skills in NYSDEC and NJDEP databases

Education

Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, Environmental Studies, engineering, or related field
