Job summary

Apex Companies, LLC is seeking an Environmental Professional to perform site assessments, collect environmental samples, and support remediation and groundwater studies across the Southeast. You will oversee field operations, manage data, and contribute to reporting for environmental due diligence and property condition evaluations.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Geology or Environmental Science, 0–1 year of experience, and a willingness to travel up to 75% while working outdoors in varied

Qualifications

• BS in Geology, Environmental Science or related field.
• OSHA 40-hour a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn technical software.

Responsibilities

• Perform site assessments and reporting for environmental due diligence and property condition evaluation.
• Support site characterization, remediation, groundwater exploration, aquifer studies.
• Oversee drilling subcontractors and well construction.
• Collect soil, water, air samples and manage field data.
