• Conducts field environmental assessments to delineate streams, wetlands, habitat, and identify plants and animal species.
• Prepares environmental and technical reports documenting natural resource assessments and supporting protection, mitigation planning, and permitting.
• Provides regulatory and permitting support (NEPA, SEPA, Army Corps of Engineers, USFWS, and other agencies) and coordinates with review bodies.
• Supports line and substation siting by applying environmental principles.
• Prepares estimates and budgets for environmental activities and monitors project costs.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
