• 7-9 years experience in Natural Resources and Ecological Consulting.
• Advanced knowledge of ecological systems and regulatory conditions.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field environmental assessments across utility corridors.
• Prepare environmental and technical reports documenting findings.
• Provide regulatory and permitting support (NEPA, SEPA, USACE, FWS).
• Support siting of transmission lines and substations using GIS.
• Develop and guide junior staff scientists.
• Monitor project costs and budgets.
