Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Biology, Geology, or related field.
1+ years of relevant experience (ESA Phase I/II, wetlands, species permitting, ecological surveys).
Strong technical and business‑writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or on a team.
Proficiency in MS Office; ArcGIS knowledge or interest preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and client‑service orientation.
Willingness to travel and perform fieldwork.

Responsibilities

Assist with environmental investigations, including Phase I/II ESAs, wetland delineations, species assessments, and ecological field studies.
Work on multiple projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and schedules.
Review environmental data, reports, and permits; provide regulatory guidance for federal, state, and local requirements.
Prepare technical reports, permit applications, and client communications.
Coordinate with regulatory agencies on permitting and compliance.
Conduct fieldwork and travel as required.
