Job summary
ELOS Environmental, an Aventia Company seeks a full-time Environmental Scientist/Biologist to support regulatory compliance projects across Federal, State, and Local agencies. You will help manage studies, prepare technical reports, and assist with business development while delivering high-quality environmental solutions.
You will conduct fieldwork, analyze ecological data, and communicate findings to project teams, clients, and regulatory personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in biology, ecology, rangeland sciences, wildlife management or related field.
Responsibilities
- Manages and conducts studies and investigations for reports and permit applications
- Collects, analyzes, and reports ecological data
- Provide oversight, review, and interpretation of data
- Helps lead and organize field team
- Communicates scientific information to project team
- Prepares and reviews environmental reports, permits, and related materials
- Assists clients with permit coordination and compliance
- Engages new clients through networking and service quality
