Ramaker & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Professional to perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ASTM E1527-21) and support due diligence for telecommunications projects.
You will research histories, review environmental records, conduct interviews, and evaluate potential concerns to inform project decisions. As part of our telecommunications environmental team, you will contribute to due diligence and regulatory review work that supports both property assessments and broader project delivery. This role offers the opportunity to apply sound environmental judgment, collaborate across disciplines, and produce work that helps clients understand risk, navigate requirements, and make informed decisions.
Most of our projects are in the upper Midwest. We are looking for a candidate who will be within 1-2 hours driving distance from most of our project sites. When you are not at a job site, you have the flexibility to work from your home or from our office in Madison, Wisconsin.
