Job summary

Kimley-Horn in Charleston, SC seeks Environmental Science graduates to join our office. This is not a remote position and some travel (10–30%) may be required as you support multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include solving complex problems, assisting project managers, and applying knowledge of regulations and environmental science to client projects. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Environmental Science, or related field by Summer 2027 is required.

Qualifications

• Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Kimley-Horn's and our client's practices, procedures, and standards.
• Gain knowledge in areas such as natural resource regulations, water quality regulatory programs, wetlands identification, botany and soil science, ecology, wildlife biology, water resources, GIS, and environmental science.
• Some travel and fieldwork may be required (approximately 10-30%).
