Job summary

Pace® is seeking an Environmental Sample Receiving Tech 1 to join our environmental testing laboratory in Massachusetts. This on-site, entry-level role offers on-the-job training and a chance to grow a career in science.

You'll support sample intake, documentation and lab operations, follow core policies, and work in a team to ensure accurate data and safe handling of materials with provided PPE. No experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required. We'll train you!
• Able to stand for long periods and wear PPE in lab/office environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform sample-related activities, including receiving and processing.
• Maintain and update logs, documentation, and databases for sample tracking.
• Participate in training on core laboratory support policies and practices.
