Job summary

Pace® Labs is seeking an Entry-Level Lab Technician to join the sample preparation department of our environmental testing laboratory. You will receive training to grow a career in laboratory sciences while contributing to essential testing processes.

The role offers onboarding for skill development, a Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM shift, and an emphasis on safety and meticulous documentation in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a lab or office setting, stand for long periods, handle strong smells, and wear PPE while handling samples.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support all laboratory sample-related activities, including preservation, preparation, processing, and maintenance.
• Maintain and update appropriate documentation and databases.
• Participate in training on fundamental lab support policies, programs, and practices.
