Job summary

Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) seeks an experienced Environmental/Safety/Health (ESH) Manager to lead and oversee environmental, occupational safety, and health programs at Fort Gordon, GA. You will ensure contractor operations are safe, compliant with federal, state, and DoD requirements, and drive continuous ESH improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years of leadership in ESH programs, with DoD/BASOPS experience highly desired.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years supervising or managing environmental or safety programs.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the ESH program across all functional areas.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, USACE EM 385-1-1, environmental regulations, and installation policies.
Conduct safety inspections, environmental assessments, and compliance audits.
Identify hazards and implement corrective/preventive actions to completion.
Coordinate and provide ESH training and employee orientations.
Monitor hazardous materials, hazardous waste, PPE, and emergency response.
